Project Manager Strategic Partnership Programs

The Role:

The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Business Process Manager and supports the Project Management Office (PMO). As part of the PMO team, you will also work directly with CONNSTEP’s and its affiliates sales, marketing and service delivery teams. The successful candidate will be committed to the mission and excited for the opportunity to leverage their organizational and interpersonal skills in support of CONNSTEP’s work in a position that provides visibility into strategic and programmatic decision making.

Primary Responsibilities:

Project Coordinator

Salesforce

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Team in managing the opportunity Closed/Won Process within Salesforce
  • Manage the project set up, tasks, sales orders, purchase orders within Salesforce
  • Modify project dates on a quarterly basis within Salesforce
  • Conduct monthly Eversource reporting regards to PRIME projects

Training Programs

  • Manage coordination/logistics for all training programs conducted
  • Create Salesforce report showing registration for programs to Sales Team
  • Work with web designer on registration, website and flyers
  • Complete and maintain Connecticut Department of Labor (DOL) paperwork and approvals
  • Work with accounting on invoicing for reimbursement from DOL or other entities

Special Projects

  • Manage/process Manufacturing Technical Assistance Grant Program Closeout
  • Participate in system upgrades
  • Create certificates for client training programs and audits
  • Coordinate banners and certificate for clients
  • Assist accounting in ad-hoc projects

Third Party Service Providers

  • Conduct annual client outreach in regards to projects
  • Maintain Third Party Service Providers documentation
  • Work with Business Process Manager on Updating Third Party Service Provider contracts

Relationships

  • Will work closely with and report to the Business Process Manager.
  • Will work closely with the wider team across the companies’ affiliates.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator and BS Degree Preferred.
  • Excellent writing skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Team player – willing to go outside job scope to help the team win.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to multi-task, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Skilled in use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM a plus.
