We’re looking to add a few very special Agent Partners to our team…Buyer Specialists to assist our buyer clients with realizing their real estate dreams.

Our Agent Partners close on average 2 -4 properties per monthand have the opportunity to do much more. We provide the specialist with an assistant, training, tools, systems, leads, clients and referrals to do just that. You must know how to communicate with leads but no paperwork, no marketing fees.

This opportunity can easily result in making over $100,000 over the next 12 months (calculation: our average buyer side sales price x our average buyer side commission x 24 units, after the team split = OVER $100,000/year)

Our amazing admin and transaction coordinator are ready to take all the unnecessary paperwork off the Agents shoulders and allow the Buyer Agent Specialist to focus only on what they should be doing – making clients happy while being rewarded financially.

Our team is slated to close at least 200 properties over the next 12 months with the addition of these great Agents.

Job Description & Requirements:

Primary Objectives:

- Convert leads to buyer consultation appointments

- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from contract to close

- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.

- Close buyer clients to contracts

Regular Work Activities:

- Setting appointments to meet with home buying prospects

- Showing homes to interested home buyers

- Write & negotiate offers for home buyers

- Oversee, with the help of your TC, all aspects of buyers’ transactions from initial contact to contract to close.

- Work every other weekend to generate leads at various venues

Key Skills:

- Must enjoy working with others in a team atmosphere

- Excellent at conversion conversations

- People oriented

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Learning based

- Be coachable

Job Requirements:

- Working every other weekend will be expected

- Willing to master conversion conversations

- Be Coachable and Implement

- Must have knowledge of homes & communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas.

Other:

- 100% commission (no salary)

- Very generous commission split

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,000.00 - $153,559.33 per year
