The Ray Brandt Auto Group is one of the largest dealership groups on the Gulf Coast. They are a family-owned and operated business serving the Greater New Orleans area for over 40 years. The company has grown to include 14 brands at 13 locations and six stand-alone collision centers. They provide an outstanding experience for their customers and employees.
Job Description:
- Manage all aspects of the collision center, including but not limited to staffing, production, quality control, customer satisfaction, safety, cost containment, and profitability.
- Ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the manufacturer’s or insurance company’s standards.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and technologies.
- Monitor workflow to ensure optimal cycle time.
- Effectively communicate with customers, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- CDK experience, i-Car, ASE, CCC One, and manufacturer certification are a plus.

- 3+ years of management experience in a collision center environment.
