Career Transitions is engaged with a leading innovator in their respected industry and due to rapid growth are looking to add a dynamic Corporate Finance Busness Partner to their team!
What you are doing as a Corporate Finance Business Partner:
- Lead and coordinate weekly projections and monthly forecasts
- Monthly financial statement analysis, including MD&A
- Quarterly board meeting presentations
- Annual budget process
- Annual corporate charge refresh to subsidiaries
- Calculate cost allocations for healthcare and property & casualty insurance
- Track and report commodity costs on a regular basis (frequency TBD)
- Lead and coordinate capital expenditure ROI validation process
- Support bank inquiries and analysis
- Complete various government surveys, such as Census surveys
- Support subsidiaries as needed with general analysis
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needs arise
- Assist with general due diligence
- Assist with post-acquisition financial modeling and proforma projections (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Assist with integration
What you need as a Corporate Finance Business Partner:
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial role
- Experience with multi-site manufacturing organization
- Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
- Ability to take complex issues and summarize them into a simple summary
- M&A experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with ability to use Microsoft products (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint); experience with MRP systems and data warehouse queries
- Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Effective planning and priority setting; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills, inquisitive, detail-oriented, resourceful
