Career Transitions is engaged with a leading innovator in their respected industry and due to rapid growth are looking to add a dynamic Corporate Finance Busness Partner to their team!

What you are doing as a Corporate Finance Business Partner:

• Lead and coordinate weekly projections and monthly forecasts
• Monthly financial statement analysis, including MD&A
• Quarterly board meeting presentations
• Annual budget process
• Annual corporate charge refresh to subsidiaries
• Calculate cost allocations for healthcare and property & casualty insurance
• Track and report commodity costs on a regular basis (frequency TBD)
• Lead and coordinate capital expenditure ROI validation process
• Support bank inquiries and analysis
• Complete various government surveys, such as Census surveys
• Support subsidiaries as needed with general analysis
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needs arise
• Assist with general due diligence
• Assist with post-acquisition financial modeling and proforma projections (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
• Assist with integration

What you need as a Corporate Finance Business Partner:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial role
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
• Ability to take complex issues and summarize them into a simple summary
• M&A experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with ability to use Microsoft products (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint); experience with MRP systems and data warehouse queries
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Effective planning and priority setting; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong financial, analytical, and organizational skills, inquisitive, detail-oriented, resourceful
