We are seeking exceptional candidates for Investment Sales in the NY/CT Metro North region.

All new associates, whether experienced or new to the commercial real estate industry, will be provided extensive training and mentorship with senior associates and principals. In our collaborative team environment, you’ll receive the support and access you need to build a highly rewarding career in CRE investment sales.

Responsibilities

 Build relationships with building owners and identify potential new business opportunities

 Gain understanding of investment valuation with CRE analytic tools and financial modeling

 Learn to prepare and assist in presentations to prospective clients

 Grow market specialization through training, research, and transaction management

 Achieve success as a business development associate with a senior investment sales team

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree

 Highly motivated, driven to succeed and have exceptional communicative skills

 Strong relationship builder; positive and persuasive personality

 Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive

 Excellent organizational and time management skills

 Excellent people skills and ability to work within a team

 Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based tools and research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
