Dental Receptionist / Front Desk in Dripping Springs Job at TORC Dental
We are looking for a DENTAL office Front Desk receptionist to serve as our patients’ first point of contact. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental office, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out, and welcome patients upon their arrival
- Manage online and phone appointment scheduling
- Inform patients about payment methods
- Verify patients insurance information
- Answer and return phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure waiting area/lobby are clean and tidy.
- Confirm patients' appointments.
- Scan and upload patients' paperwork and consent forms.
- Must be on time
- Must be able to resolve conflict/complaint in a professional way
- Must follow office policies along with the State and Federal guideline
Skills
- 1-2 years of Dental experience is Preferred
- Understanding of dental insurances
- Familiar with PPO insurance
- Great Customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
