Job Summary

The Desktop Support Tech provides technical support to monitor and maintain correct operation of company’s computers and network.

Key Responsibility

• Assist employees with routine IT needs
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals via phone, in person or electronically in a timely manner
• System setups and orientation for new hires
• Identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues
• Manage inventory of company desktop and laptop equipment
• Maintain parts and software inventory and logs all service/repair activity
• Manage and order toner supply for printers
• Support and set-up of company phones (desktop, I-phone, and Android)

KSA’s – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Office 365 and Windows 10
• Active Directory

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with Asset Panda software preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift, push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Maneuver between floors
• Reaching overhead and below waist level
• Alternate sit and stand, stoop, kneel, crouch

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly Pay
