Evergreen Center is currently seeking full time and part time Direct Care Staff / Instructional Aides. Positions are available for a variety of schedules on 1st and/or 2nd shift and include roles of Instructor, Lead Instructor, Job Coach, Flexible Assignment Instructor and Academic Enhancement Instructor. Positions will be responsible for the implementation of instructional activities and treatment programs in the classrooms, residences, and the surrounding community. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Minimum starting salary $17.00+/hour, based on education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass an extensive background check
