The Role:

As an exceptionally fast-growing technology company you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technologies, clients, partners, and teammates in the evolving payments security space. To support our U.S. sales expansion, we are looking for a high-energy, driven revenue generation professional with sound business acumen, strong technical skills, and deep experience building channel partnerships. You will play a critical role in defining and leading our US channel partner strategy and execution. As the leader of our channel org, you will work closely with our existing partners and develop new partnerships to influence Eckoh’s revenue growth, help our partners develop a core understanding of our value proposition, and drive overall pipeline growth. You need to be a tenacious self-starter, be eager to learn, and be able to demonstrate success in building channel partner GTM strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities will include:

· Lead the Eckoh Partner Program, including the development of new partner programs, benefits, and incentives and own program governance and adoption

· Define and lead operational processes required to support the establishment and ongoing management of all launched programs

· Conduct regular cadence meetings with Eckoh partners and internal Eckoh teams

· Use SalesForce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to track and report KPI’s, map and build relationships, identify, and recruit new partners

· Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

· Cultivate relationships with executive-level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and partner

· Coordinate resources throughout the partner ecosystem including sales engineers, sales, product, tech support, project management and account management to support partners and direct sales processes to achieve targets

· Be an expert on all Eckoh products and services

· Travel to partner locations and industry-focused events

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of leading a channel partner organization. Preferably in an enterprise CCaas or SaaS software sales environment
  • Domain experience in contact center technology and telephony systems, chat, and secure payments
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute partnership opportunities
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience developing and managing the partner sales cycle
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Highly motivated, with a driven personality and a positive attitude
  • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
