Job Summary:

The Employment Specialist 1 (ES1) is responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve employment and community inclusion outcomes. All activities will be in alignment with our organizational vision and values. The ES1 works within the guidelines of the organization, laws, policies, contracts, and licensing requirements.

Our Everett team is hiring and looking for creative, outside the box thinkers, who want to help others achieve their dreams of employment.

Wage: $18.55-19.65
Program: 20
Location: Snohomish County, WA
Shifts:
_Full-time.
Shifts are Monday-Friday with some evening work needed._

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Be at least 18 or older

Licensing and Certifications:

• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with marginalized individuals.
