GMC's Fayetteville Campus is now hiring for a full-time Enrollment Coach. This position is responsible for the admissions functions of the campus. This position assists prospective students through the admissions process from application to enrollment. Enrollment coaches must be dynamic and possess the ability to interpret and apply appropriate rules to varying student-specific situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Working with prospective students and applicants in person, by phone, email, and text. Independently makes admission decisions about academic requirements.
• Assist applicants with the admissions process utilizing Recruit and Colleague, provides basic financial aid information, conducts campus tours, reviews transcripts for necessary admissions requirements, determines the need for and schedules placement testing and makes decisions about admitting applicants into GMC.
• Scheduling students for orientations and registration appointments with the graduation coach
• Other duties as assigned.

Georgia Military College employees are required to enroll in direct deposit as the institution does not issue paychecks. New hires will be required to upload account information for direct deposit within the onboarding process prior to their start date. Employees have the ability to add, remove, and change account information within their Paycom Employee Self-Service portal.

Required: Associate degree or 2+ years directly-related experience

Preferred: Bachelors degree
