Family Love Care is a growing personal care services home care agency servicing the entire state of Michigan. Our primary focus is helping patients choose a caregiver of their choice (including family members) to care for them and get paid. This is rewarding work with appreciative customers, as we work to help elderly and disabled individuals and their families to receive the care and compensation they are entitled to.

We are looking to hire a Client Enrollment Specialist to help potential patients and caregivers successfully enroll in the program. There is no Cold Calling. This is strictly answering inbound lead calls + making outbound calls to leads who filled out a contact form on our website; and then following up as needed to move the case forward to successful completion.

We are offering a monthly uncapped results based bonus for this role on top of the base hourly pay. A successful agent can expect to earn well over an extra $500 per month in bonus pay!

This role can be hybrid in office and work from home.

The office is located in the Woodmere, NY area with easy access to LIRR.

This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours per week. The exact shift times can vary and offers some flexibility. Ideal candidate will be able to sometimes do 8AM-4PM, and other days 11AM-7PM and other variations between those.
