We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are looking for a quick learner and someone who has a desire to learn new technologies. For any entry level candidates, this is an opportunity to advance your knowledge.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and concerns
• Break fix of devices
• Manage inventory and audit process
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Correspondence with Court and law enforcement entities
• Monitoring/ updating of GPS mapping

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in computer technologies, network configurations, or other related fields
• Knowledge of software applications (Microsoft office, Ticketing systems, CRM, Adobe suite)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Detailed oriented
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have transportation and willing to travel.

This job requires traveling within SC local counties for installations. Interaction with Corrections, inmates and court entities are Required.

CCNA or Comptia A+ certification are required. Associate degree or BS in Computer Technology and/or years experience my be equivalent.
