Who We Are:

Fitness Connection is a full-service, all-inclusive health club that is quickly expanding with more than 40 locations in North Carolina, Nevada and Texas. We believe in providing an epic fitness experience to all, including under-served communities. That’s how we achieve our mission: to change lives by making a healthier lifestyle more accessible. Amenities available to all members include Group Classes in a premiere Group Fitness Studio, a designated Group Cycling Studio, a turf training area with a functional training rig, basketball courts, men and women’s locker rooms complete with saunas, and a kid’s club with tablets, a theater, and more, all for low monthly dues of just $10 a month.

We are looking for some enthusiastic and service-minded individuals who want to join a team that believes in changing lives through fitness! Our Fitness Professionals handle all aspects of our clubs, from checking in our members, taking potential new members on tour, making recommendations from our ProShop, and even helping someone achieve their goals through personal training. Don’t have all those skills yet? Don’t worry, we provide the training and coaching and will pay you to learn more and more!

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Bilingual applicants with fluency in both English and Spanish preferred

High-level interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to using mobile devices, tablets, and basic computer functions

Coachable and receptive to continuous and on-going feedback

Passion for health, fitness and changing lives through fitness
