Modern Family Dental of Sunnyvale is looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator/ Insurance biller to join our team in January. We are searching for a friendly, reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented team member who is committed to quality patient care.
Our hours are Monday through Wednesday (7:30a-4:30p) and Thursday (10a-7p). Monday hours will eventually change to 10a-7p. Must be able to work the listed hours beginning January 11th, 2023.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
General front desk coverage
Schedule & manage appointments
Maintain prompt patient communication via multiple avenues (phone, email, text)
Obtain insurance eligibility and benefits
Collections, claim submission and billing
Accounts receivable for patients and insurances
Treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements
Follow-up with insurance claims
Develop and manage marketing strategies for the office
Requirements:
1 + years of customer service skills and genuine interest in patient well-being
Punctual and reliable is a must
Ability to Multi-task and handle multiple phone lines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Insurance and Patient billing and collections required
Familiar with dental terminology and procedures are strongly preferred
Experience with EagleSoft preferred
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Compensation:
We offer a very competitive salary with PTO. Health insurance is not provided; however, we offer an employee discount on dental services, 401K with 4% match and profit share after your first year. ***Bonus pay if targeted numbers are reached***
