Front Desk Receptionist Job at CAD CAM 450
We are looking to hire for a front desk representative for our one of a kind digital dental lab in San Francisco. We are looking for someone who is adept at understanding technology, can multitask, and has great organizational skills.
Our lab is in its beginning stages, and as such, your responsibilities as the front desk representative will likely evolve as we continue to grow. Currently, we anticipate your main responsibilities to be:
- Handling inventory, scanning invoices, and recording inventory cost
- Keeping track of incoming and outgoing lab cases
- Ensuring lab slips are filled out properly, and when needed, requesting required information from dental offices for lab slips
- Ensuring outgoing lab cases are packaged properly
- Answering the phone
- When the need arises, troubleshooting for minor technology problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
