Front Desk Receptionist Job at Le Jolie Medi Spa
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk at Le Jolie Medi Spa West Hollywood!
Please note that candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a med spa or beauty spa environment for application.
We are looking for positive, customer-focused and outgoing professional to join our amazing team. We are a high-end A-lister approved med spa specializing in groundbreaking treatments in the beauty industry such as Forma and Morpheus, Dermal Fillers and of course BOTOX.
As our front desk receptionist your responsibilities will include, welcoming guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, adequately handling payment transactions upon checkout, offering knowledge of all treatments and products offered.
1-2 years of Med Spa receptionist experience required.

Scheduling Requirements:
- Must be available to work 3-4 days per week, including 2 Saturdays per month
- Must be available to work from 10 am- 6pm each day
We are flexible to work with your schedule and amount of hours desired. (Minimum of 25 hours)
