We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Home Care RN Case Manager within the Bridgeport and New Haven geographic areas. Job Requirements:
- A current Connecticut license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse for home health care; preferred.
- Will negotiate salary for the right candidate!
- MUST have intermediate computer skills as we are a technologically advanced company!
- Active driver's license with your own reliable transportation.'
