• Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches and screw drivers and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read drawings and Blue prints

7:30am - 3:30pm

Job description

Performs routine assembly operations on electronic components and mechanical subassemblies. Uses samples, simple drawings, schematics, as well as written and verbal instructions to perform assembly. Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench, conveyor line or at an assigned location

*Assembles parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a bench, conveyor line or at an assigned location

Qualifications

*Must also be punctual and dependable - on-time and ready to work every day

*Must possess cultural awareness and sensitivity

*Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

*Communication: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, as well as drawings, exploded view diagrams, blueprints, and part lists

*Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively present information in one-on-one situations to co-workers, managers and other employees of the organization

*Math & Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

*Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

*Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

*Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and to reach with hands and arms frequently

*Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently, and to operate hand tools and air-powered equipment periodically throughout the day

Experience:

*1+ year of assembly experience required

Pay is $20-$21 an hour
