Duties and Responsibilities:
- Remove debris from entire community to ensure property grounds remain clean at all times.
- Complete tasks associated with the physical upkeep of the community including grounds, pool, amenities, property entrance, turf repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Performs necessary landscaping tasks that may include tending to green spaces, weeding, mulch clean up, planting.
- Performs building cleanliness which can include, power-washing, breezeways and stairwells, trash removal, minor painting.
- At times may be asked to assist with the turn process of vacant apartments into market-ready apartments.
- Seasonal tasks such as assisting with pool, maintenance, or snow removal during inclement weather.
