Seeking a well-rounded technical professional with an experienced background in Phone Helpdesk support and some Server & Network experience. Candidate must be very organized, detail-oriented, diligent and possess excellent communication skills. If and when required, must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems at other schools within the district.

In addition to a well-rounded Hardware (Desktops, Notebooks, Chromebooks and Network Printers) and Software background, candidate should have some Router/switching knowledge/experience and Google Chrome Remote Desktop/Chromebooks.

MUST have a car and a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Help desk: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Windows: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
