Although we always welcome applicants with specialized skills such as welding, CNC machinery knowledge, or other light industrial skills, the good news is many positions within the company do not require a specific skill set or specialized knowledge. When we look to hire in these areas, we look for the following key skills and attributes:

• Basic computer skills - will be using computer daily to log work times
• Basic math skills - able to read a ruler and add/subtract fractions, inches, cm, etc.
• Ability to read blueprints, or learn to read them
• Ability to follow instructions and work quickly, maintaining quality standards
• Excellent hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
• High degree of dependability -- we need you to be able to maintain a regular work schedule and keep unscheduled absences, lates and early leaves to a minimum
