Halco is seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC foreman to successfully lead a team in the installation of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, water heaters, ductwork, and other related products for our customers.

Job Type:

· Full-time

· Work year-round; no seasonal layoffs

Compensation:

· $20 - $30 per hour

· Competitive hourly wage based on experience, skill set and potential

· Weekly paycheck

Qualifications required:

· At least 1 years of current HVAC experience

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Organized, efficient and on time

· Able to meet the physical demands of the position including carrying heavy materials consistently

· Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Able to take direction from the Project Manager

· Strong leadership characteristics, along with problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Outstanding ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers

· Possess your own hand tools

· Valid NY State driver’s license

· Remodeling and/or general carpentry experience preferred
