Join us as our new Industrial Maintenance Technician
Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians work together to perform general maintenance troubleshooting and repairs at our production facility in Blair, NE.

The requirements of this job include:

• 2-3 years of previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Basic skills from several of the major standard industrial I&E skills including electrical AC/DC voltage, PLC, pneumatic control valves and systems, basic electronics, motor control systems and process control systems.
• Ability to read manuals to understand equipment and controls.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical power systems, motor drives, control systems, as well as instruments used in our process.
• Capacity to make installations, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Ability to disassemble machinery and equipment when it needs maintenance of repair.
• Aptitude to adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optical specifications.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedure, rules, and regulations.
• Strong safety mindset to proactively fix safety hazards.
• Aptitude for learning and understanding operation of various testing equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Capability of all physical requirements: lift 50 pounds unassisted, pull 20 pounds, work at heights & in confined spaces, climb stairs frequently, bend & stoop, and work in changing temperatures.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Prefer food manufacturing experience.
• Prefer knowledge of SAP.
• Capacity to work either dayshift rotating schedule or 2nd shift rotating schedule.
• Prefer food manufacturing experience.
