Experienced Irrigation Foreman
Landscaping Plus is seeking an experienced Irrigation Foreman to join us for the upcoming 2023 Season.
Very competitive pay based on experience.
Have at least 3-4 years of irrigation install and management experience.
Must have 2-3 years of Residential and Commercial Experience
Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Drivers License with good driving record
* Reliable personal transportation
* Familiar with sprinkler systems: Startups, shutdowns, repairs and installation.
* Ability to work full-time (five days per week, 8-10 hours per day)
* The ability to follow blue prints/drawings
* Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate (written and verbal).
* Effective time management, ability to problem solve and meet deadlines.
* Be able to instruct and manage others
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative in a ever-changing environment.
* Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently and in team setting.
Experience:
* Install irrigation systems - Residental and Commercial
* Test Systems for issues
* Backflow Knowledge
* Trenching
* Valve repairs
* Great upbeat attitude, energetic, positive and team oriented.
* Possess skills necessary to effectively communicate with a diverse group
of customers.
* Abide by company guidelines and safety policies.
* Basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Overtime is normal
