About the Role
We’re looking for a Jr. Global Digital Designer to join our rapidly growing global team. This role will work closely with cross functional partners and the Pottery Barn Main creative team to translate the Pottery Barn brand across our global websites, including both franchise and company-owned, ensuring graphics meet brand creative standards and deadlines. This role supports global brand expression across a variety of touchpoints including designing creative assets for site and email as well as building seasonal toolkits based on creative briefs and design direction from Pottery Barn Main. This role reports directly to the Global Manager
Responsibilities
- Partner with Pottery Barn Main creative team to translate and build out seasonal international global style guides
- Support new and existing country website launches with designs and production of site assets, home pages, landing pages and emails based on U.S. creative briefs and brand style guides for global websites including both franchise and company-owned
- Slice and deliver files that are pixel accurate
- Helps maintain brand standards on global and franchise websites
- You will also offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on the site
Criteria
- 1-3 years related design/work experience
- BA/BS Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills and deadline driven
- High proficiency in Adobe Design Suite: Photoshop
- High proficiency in Sketch & Figma
- Knowledgeable of Monday, Basecamp and InVision
- Ability to perform work onsite in the San Francisco office pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $64,000 -$70,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
