Landscape Installation Manager

Compensation: Base Salary Range: $90- 110k plus bonuses based on profits, take-home vehicle, 401k, PTO, Health Allowance

OVERVIEW:

Our client has been servicing the local residential market for many years, offering maintenance and High-End Residential design and build services. They are engaging BraveView to recruit a Landscape Installation Manager who will oversee 3-4 installation crews and will manage subcontractors. This person will report to the owner of the company and will help to oversee the installation operations and the overall profitability of each project.

They will be responsible for setting the projects schedules, staffing of projects, materials, equipment coordination, making sure that projects are being delivered on time and budget. They will find ways to increase productivity and efficiency by understanding the contracted timelines to complete a project and will plan and coordinate staff, materials, and equipment to meet the deadlines. We are looking for someone who can plan, think ahead, organize and drive production while maintaining a high level of quality.

A typical project ranges from $50k - $400k in revenue however they do get contracted for larger projects when including pools. Projects include hardscape and landscape such as retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, outdoor living, water features, grading, drainage, lighting, and plant/tree installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the day-to-day execution of landscape installation projects through management, crew direction, and scheduling; material, equipment, and subcontractor coordination; change order administration and management; etc.
  • Supporting the RFP process by assisting with scope review, pricing, contract evaluation, etc.
  • Ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timeline and budget through cost management, revenue optimization, and accurate and timely billing.
  • Communicating effectively and proactively with both internal team members and external contacts. Being a positive, trustworthy first-line representative of the company to our clients.
  • Ensuring product and service standards through strict quality control by conducting thorough reviews and inspections of completed work.
  • Operating with high professional and ethical standards with an emphasis on compliance and safety.
  • Additional tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience as a project leader/manager, construction-based superintendent, or field services leader
  • Strong organizational skills that allow you to be efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technologies and tools
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus
