Landscape Field Personnel needed for a growth oriented, established, local Organic landcare company
Preferred Team Member Attributes:
- Some experience is beneficial, however consideration is given to individuals who are teachable, with a desire to learn new skills and put them into practice.
- Individuals who value growth, with a desire to accept increasing levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrated abilities i.e. good interpersonal / communication skills, with a proven ability to build constructive, positive relationships with fellow team members and clients.
- Enjoyment of the outdoors with a willingness to work in most all weather conditions.
- Flexibility is essential, change happens and adaptability is key.
Employee Requirements;
- Legal to work status
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry minimum of 50 pounds
- Drug free
- Willingness to undergo background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
