Landscape Laborers and Foreman wanted. Salary: $22 to $35.00 per hr (D.O.E.) ($300 Sign on bonus)

This career would include installation of landscape and hardscape projects in the most efficient way possible, while maintaining the highest of quality standards. These jobs vary in size, from small to large landscape projects including: paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation installation, plantings, fencing, concrete, outdoor lighting and other areas of landscape. Responsibilities:

· Supervise crew members on multiple projects.

· Ensure that the landscape work is done in accordance to industry and company standards.

· Ensure that all landscape crew members utilize all required personal protective equipment.

· Interact with clientele in order to help ensure job satisfaction.

· Report for duty on time and transport crew to and from job site.

· Consult with customer during each project.

· Follow directions from supervisor/manager.

· Ensure that all safety rules and company safety policies are followed.

· Communicate effectively with landscape crew members, supervisor, and clientele.

· Strive to improve job skills and develop potential for upward mobility.

· Monitor all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance.

· Accurately track and record all job expenses and hours worked using company software.

· Maintain a clean and safe job site while leading by example.

· Train crew members in installation using best practices and maintaining company standards.

Requirements:

(Must have at least 5 years of landscaping installation experience), must have driver’s license, must speak English and would give preference to an individual that is bi-lingual (Spanish). Authorized to work in the United States. Preferably lives in Salt Lake County and is able to work in multiple counties/locations. Typical start and end time: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time : $22.00 to $35.00 per hour (DOE) Company vehicles, tools and equipment provided. Regular bonus for completing projects on time.
