We are currently looking for a Lawn Care Manager with a passion for success, a desire to grow within a company, and who can bring a confident and successful attitude.

Lawn Care Manager Responsibilities:

Overseeing Day to Day Operations and assisting the operations lead

• Training
• Product Purchasing
• Scheduling
• Routing
• Fleet Management
• Making sure technicians are out and ready for their day
• Quality Control
• Service Calls
• Working with HR and Accounting to ensure a smooth business operation

Lawn Care Manager Requirements:

• Applicator License Required
• 3-5 years of lawn care lead/manager/supervisor experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
