The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Account Manager with Roehl Logistics, Inc., you make a difference by arranging transportation solutions for our customer's freight needs while working with our extensive network of contracted carriers. You will be responsible for negotiating rates with our customers and carriers and troubleshooting details of freight movement between them. By acting as the main point of contact for multiple accounts, you will provide excellent customer service, ensure timely delivery, and help grow our business!

In this role, you work directly with customers and carriers to develop business, find creative solutions, and build strong relationships established on trust. Therefore, you must possess the following skills
We are looking for 1-2 years of customer service, sales, account management, or freight brokerage experience. An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field is preferred. No experience in transportation or logistics in necessary; we will provide you with the industry training you need to be successful.
