Multifamily properties under management are spread throughout the Chicagoland area and vary in size from 2 to 100 units. The firm services dozens of clients ranging from out-of-state individuals to local investment firms.

Property Management Company is looking for a Motivated, Enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Maintenance Technicians have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Apartment Turnover
- Resident Service Requests
- Appliance Repair/Replacement
- Electrical Repair/Replacement
- Plumbing Repair/Replacement
- Drywall Repair/Replacement
- Basic Paint Repairs
Maintenance Technicians must be be willing to share on call responsibilities, have a valid drivers license as well as reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- After school
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- South Chicago, IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
