Occasionally require hours outside of day shift and occasional Travel to Virginia Beach will be required as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Level Degree in Health Administration
  • 1 year of remote patient monitoring/UAP/ED Tech/Monitor Tech/EMT or Paramedic experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising front line staff in a hospital/healthcare environment.

The Manager of the Remote Patient Monitoring Program is responsible for:

  • All leadership and direction of the Sentara Remote Patient Monitoring Program
  • Overseeing, directing, and coordinating all day-to-day functions of the Monitoring Program which includes the organization, implementation, and management of team members at multiple sites.
  • Coordinating the overall direction of the program in collaboration with key stakeholders and Nursing Executive Leadership.

Pay: $42,078.40 - $57,304.00 per year
