Location : Hybrid / Michigan(95% Remote - Looking for Local Candidates)

Job Description:·

. Develop CAD models using parametric modeling templates for closures assemblies.

· Maintain templates/requirements as standards change.

· Associative parametric modeling.

· CAD model and template set up.

· Requirement section development, application, buy off, change process.

· Highest Level of CAD Skillset, Parametric CAD Modeling Required.

· Creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.

· Competitive benchmarking

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· 5+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX

· 2+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX

· 2+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX

· 3+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience

· Strong English Speaking skills

· Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required

· Remote Work

Preferred Requirements:

· 5+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.

· 5+ years of body experience

· 5+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Siemens NX

· Specific prior expertise in Body in White and Closures.

· Exposure to Manufacturing Best practices and guidelines, Feasibility.

· Competitive benchmarking experience.
