Job Summary:

Medical Therapist will be responsible for data management via maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data, maintaining adequate reliability (above 80%), maintaining client records and protocols and completing daily progress notes. Participate and supervise implementation of baseline, treatment, parent training and generalization sessions. Supervise/train staff or parents with respect to client protocols and coordinating client's behavior treatment team. Meet daily with case manager to participate in discussions and planning regarding data, assessments and treatment programs. Use time efficiently and productively in the absence of specific assigned responsibilities (maintain treatment areas, program files, work areas).

Accept responsibilities and conduct oneself in a professional manner; identify problems and suggest strategies for resolving issues. Interpersonal skills Interact with colleagues in a positive manner appropriate to audience and format; maintain confidentiality in all patient related activities. Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when transporting or working with patients. Presenting and explaining data and protocols daily to staff and parents. Other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field . Experience in implementation of applied behavior analysis assessment/treatment programs with developmentally delayed population. Experience with autistic population and behavior management. Requires excellent problem solving skills. Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, Outlook and data collection software, DataPal, required.



Preferred Qualifications:

BCaBA or BCBA eligible preferred.



Work Days:

Monday-Friday, days between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (20 hours a week)
