We are seeking a detail oriented, hospitality professional to join our Membership Services Team. This is a part-time position and will round out a small solid team. This part-time position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm and vacations.

Objective:

Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, in addition to providing consistently high standards of service and hospitality to QLLA’s membership and guests, the primary role of the Member Services Representative is to manage accurate content on QLLA’s member database, and provide timely and accurate information regarding services, functions and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a mature and cheerful manner and provides appropriate information. Direct member and guest inquiries to appropriate areas. Provide immediate follow-up as needed.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity while interacting with members and guests. Encourage respect and cooperation among team members.
• Perform all front desk procedures in a consistent manner related to database entry, customer service standards and Membership Services policies as outlined in the Membership Services Operating Procedure manual.
• Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor, assist in various mailings and distribution of Club information to Members.
• Provide Renters and Guests with appropriate information regarding amenity access and utilize retail POS system for daily/weekly passes.
• Ensure correct procedures are followed for opening and closing, daily cash/credit card intake and reconciliation.
• Perform back-up coverage for other front desk personnel.
• Comply with all QLLA policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and maintains a professional demeanor at all times while representing the Club.
• Other duties as assigned by the Membership Director.
