WHAT OUR THERAPISTS ENJOY ABOUT MINDFUL THERAPY GROUP

• As 1099 independent contractors our clinicians are autonomous, set their own schedules, and determine their caseload.
• Ability to bill insurance for services through our group contracts, promoting long-term care and sustainable practices
• Clinicians set their own private pay rates and determine their own schedules
• A network of collaborative clinicians, including psychiatric prescribers, couple therapists, and clinical supervisors.
• Regular online practice management seminars with MTG providers, discussing the nuances of running a successful private practice

Requirements

• Masters-level degree or higher in a mental health-related field
• Active Washington state LICSW, LSWAIC, LMFT, LMFTA, LMHC, or LMHCA license
• Motivation to build and run an independent practice
