Mental Health Therapist Full Time- PHP

Prairie St. John's, a 110-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient services. Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region. More than 4,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St. John's.

Prairie St. John's is currently seeking a full time mental health therapist to join our team. This therapist will be working with a mixture of adults and child/adolescents in our PHP program.

Team Based: This position works closely with the treatment team including nursing, chemical dependency, and psychiatry to complete assessments and provide group therapy.

Mental Health Therapist Requirements:

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family and marriage therapy

Eligible for licensure in the State of North Dakota as a LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LPC, LAPC, LMFT, or LAMFT

Superb documentation skills

Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust
