General Description
Scale for Change is seeking Phone Bankers to serve as a part of Planned Parenthood Advocates Montana and Planned Parenthood Advocates Montana PAC’s team. Phone Bankers will drive supporter turnout to local actions and to provide information about the 2022 midterm election.

This is a short-term position with an expected end date of November 8, 2022. The position will be remote, reporting to the Phone Bank Manager, and is compensated at $15 per hour. Based on performance, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a lead position that pays $17 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Make phone calls and send text messages to drive supporter turnout to local actions and to provide information about the 2022 midterm election.
- Must have the stamina to talk on the phone for up to 5 hours per day.
- Ability to memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided by Scale for Change.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collect information such as name, zip code, and/or email address for others to follow up quality control.
- Good time management skills to fulfill goals within a specific period.
- Ability to consistently meet daily and weekly conversation goals.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Understand how to use a computer to sign up for shifts and to track and submit data.
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection to ensure remote work that supports joining video meetings.
