We have experienced tremendous growth in all of our offices and have an immediate job opening for a Healthcare Account Executive.

You will spend your days talking to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies nationwide assessing their needs and applicable skills.

Description:

• Establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Seek out new clients to place travel nurses and therapists with.
• Negotiates contract rates and other particulars of the contract with the client.
• Set up employment in client facilities. (i.e., submit candidate profiles, set up interviews, negotiate terms of each assignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fact sheets or related documents on all clients and targeted potential clients.
• Outside sales activity as well as generating new sales leads.

Skills:

• Previous marketing, sales, staffing, or healthcare experience is not required but desirable
• Self-motivated to exceed goals
• Able to handle pressure & problem solve quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
