Universal Primary Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our rural New York State clinics (Houghton, Salamanca, Olean) in our family medicine clinic providing care to patients of all ages with a variety of healthcare needs.

A Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant is a core member of the collaborative care team and is responsible for supporting the overall health of our patients in a family practice setting.
