Mend is a group of three (3) state-of-the-art urgent care & primary care facilities in Los Angeles, CA (San Fernando Valley) and two (2) retail clinic sites in Westfield shopping malls. We are a brand built on care that’s personal and care that’s designed for you and your family. We build relationships and connections with our community. Patient services include walk-in care, workers' compensation, and comprehensive wellness programs.

Job Opportunity:

Requirements:

• Valid medical license (California & National) and DEA License with no practice restrictions
• Graduate from accredited program
• Previous EMR experience
• Preferred experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care setting

Ideal candidates should be:

• Able to demonstrate experience working with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated to provide excellent patient care
• Able to multi-task

New graduates will also be considered.
