Skills required:

• Must have Occupational Therapist License in the state of California
• Good communication

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

Schedule:

• Full Time 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Sunday through Thursday

Essential Duties:

• Treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality
• Complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift.
• Always have a friendly and helpful attitude with residents, families, and guests.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct our occupational therapy services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities
• Maintain treatment records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
