Operations Management Assistant (PT)
The law Offices of Krum Gergely and Oates is currently seeking an assistant to help the Operations department. KGO is an expanding 15-person firm with offices in Virginia and Maryland. Our firm was established to provide an aggressive, passionate, and superior litigation team to people who find themselves involved in traffic, criminal, and personal injury matters. Since opening in 2017, the firm has expanded into other areas of practice, including family, trust & estates, and immigration.
The Operations Management Assistant will work directly with the Director of Operations to oversee and set strategy for all business functions including marketing, technology, finance, accounting, and human resources. Evaluate, create, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Our hours of operation are M-F 8:30-6pm. The selected candidate will have schedule flexibility, with an expectation of initially working 3-4 days, 24-32 hours per week. This position is expected to become fulltime after several months.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Reliable transportation to our Rockville office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to sort and interpret large volumes of data.
  • Experience with MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
