Position Summary

The Land Based Spas Business Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Division’s point of sale system as it related to products, related business matrices. Also responsible for assisting in financial and operational analysis that may be required by other members of the Division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Division’s product offering by updating POS as well as service SKU maintenance.
  • Produces product forecasts.
  • Liaison between the land-based spa field and the corporate office for support needed.
  • Maintain Excel matrices/logs related to the POS, products and other operational needs.
  • Manage the target data entry job function for both Resorts and Maritime and distribution to ships and resorts.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Maritime payroll structures.
  • Update and generate weekly and monthly reports that have been developed in-house, primarily relating to the resorts business but cross trained for Maritime division.
  • Collect data from various sources, manipulate and format spreadsheets and enter information into applicable systems or matrices.
  • Coordinate field requests made by the Division Heads including compilation, review and presentation.
  • Resolve any questions or concerns from the field to ensure they are handled within policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Perform audits to ensure field compliance with SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by both the Finance Manager and the Division VP of Finance.

Key Relationships

  • Will report to Director of FP&A
  • Will work closely with Resort training manager
  • Will also work closely with the VP of Resorts division

Financial Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsibility for assisting in sourcing products for resorts but will not have the ability to solely enter the company into financial agreements

Qualifications

Education/Training (or equivalent): H.S. Diploma College Degree Certification/License *desirable

  • college preferred

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience: (Type of work experience, min. number of years):
  • 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing role or finance
  • 1-3 years of experience with a point of sale system
  • 1-3 years of experience in data entry

  • Technical or Administrative Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products
  • Effective time management with the ability to organize and prioritize to complete all tasks and projects assigned.
  • Ability to maintain a Point of Sale system and related business metrics
