Full-Time Order Completion Specialist

An Order Completion Specialist will verify patient orders and facilitate the completion of each order as quickly as possible by obtaining necessary documentation from clinics and prescribers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work incomplete file list from ZOTs and ZBS daily.
  • Work every patient file that you are in to the fullest to ensure order completion occurs as quickly as possible.
  • Obtain information needed from clinics and prescribers in order to bill insurance.
  • Answer all incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers about Incomplete Orders daily.
  • Maintain 24 hour turn around to the Incompletes and Sales Support email boxes.
  • Make professional calls to clinics or prescribers to complete orders.
  • Communicate with Regional Management Support Team to ensure RSMs and TMs receive 5-star support on all files, all calls, all interactions.
  • Verify whether information on orders appears incorrect, incomplete, or unreadable.
  • Save all order information received in an orderly fashion and access order information timely.
  • Manage all received patient documents for storage (Dropbox or ZBS file) and processing purposes, including scanning, and converting files into PDFs.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college education beneficial.
