Job Summary:

As the Order Fulfillment and Delivery Coordinator with The Holistic Connection, you are responsible for the final stage of the product's life cycle in our facility. This position's main function is pulling sales orders, preparing them for delivery, verifying the accuracy of product type and quantity, and delivering orders as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare orders for shipping or local delivery.
• Work with sales to troubleshoot any customer order or delivery issues.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Complete local deliveries as needed.
• Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated.
• Cleaning up all work areas and equipment at the end of every day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Utilize Google suite, POS, and other computer programs as needed to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

• High School Education or GED graduate.
• 1-2 years experience in warehousing and inventory preferred.

Requirements:

• Must consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately, keeping in mind management expectations.
• Must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels up to 50 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license within the State of Tennessee, and have reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 an hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour Shift
• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday
