PA/APRN Provider Job Description (Monday - Tuesday)

Directly responsible for daily patient care and staff supervision of mobile practice for 7500+ patient visits per year. Ensures professional operation of clinic with moderate complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for independent management of the clinic, in accordance with clinic initiatives: Patient Satisfaction, Physician Satisfaction, Co-Worker Satisfaction, Quality, and Business Performance. Reports directly to President. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2-5 years working in healthcare environment

· Must have clinical and management experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Oversees operational excellence and delivery of quality patient care Ability to prioritize patient needs, realizing that primary client needs take precedence over individual needs

· Displays a caring and responsive attitude and conducts all activities respecting patient, family and employee rights and expectations

· Daily review of Patient results in company lab portal and resolve within 4 hours.

· Fosters a positive and professional clinic environment by interacting with all persons in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner and by participating as a team member

· Diffuses/resolves conflict by appropriately communication with those involved

· Accepts constructive criticism and gives suggestions in a professional manner

· Anticipates customer needs and responds accordingly

· Human Resource Responsibilities - Working with staffing company for hiring and orientation of staff. Developing and monitoring staff and performing annual evaluations

· Participates and establishing consistent performance improvement activities and plans within the staff

· May require schedule flexibility, as needed

· Ensure paperwork, blood draws are processed daily, in accordance with lab protocols

· Upload all Documents into TW software

Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 ( need to be flexable on hours, may change depending on clinic hours.)

Pay: $60.00 per hour
