Job Purpose
Perform a variety of customer service and cleaning related duties associated with events
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up event rooms
- Clean event rooms
- Engage guests at front desk, guide them to event room, deliver food and beverages, and manage all other aspects of the event
- Ensure highest quality experience for guests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- Communicate information to guests accurately and professionally
- Responsible for attending staff meetings and trainings
- Act as team member and assist in other capacity as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays
- Some work experience required
