Wildwood Sports Bar in Rochester, MN is looking for one PM Kitchen Supervisor to join our 33 person strong team. We are located on 1517 16th St Sw Suite C. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Shifts vary but 3pm -11pm is average

Responsibilities

Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, according to all established procedures,

Ensures that inventory levels for both food and non-food items are properly maintained, and par levels adjusted accordingly during busy and slow times

Assisting in ordering of products

Maintain low labor and food costs

Assisting in scheduling staff

Anticipates maintenance equipment repairs and adherence to safety and Sanitation requirements

Attends manager meetings

Ensures the thorough training and development of kitchen staff

Hours per week 40-45 may be required

Qualifications

*Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail *We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
